About

We built it because we lived the problem.

Book Guests did not start in a software office. It started in a tourism business, with guests to look after and too many disconnected tools to do it with.

Where it came from

From a real tour business to a better way to book guests.

Book Guests grew out of operating Belize Fun Tours. Running the business showed us how much work it takes to bring a guest from “I found you” to “I’m booked” to “I’d love to come back.”

Along the way, we kept running into the same things:

Visitors who found our tours but never booked.

Questions arriving by email, by WhatsApp, and through the website, each in a different place.

Checking availability by hand before we could answer.

Quotes for guests who wanted several tours at once.

Deposits, payments, and the details behind every booking, such as hotel pickup.

Not knowing which search, ad, or post had actually brought a guest to us.

Guests who asked once and never heard from us again.

Each problem had its own tool, and none of the tools talked to each other. The information that mattered most, who the guest is and what they need, was scattered between them.

Book Guests exists to connect all of it around the guest, not around the software.

What we believe

A few things we will not compromise on.

The guest comes first

Everything starts with a traveler who wants a great experience. The software should make that easier, not get in the way.

The operator owns the relationship

Your guests are yours. A platform should help you look after them, not stand between you and them.

Tell guests the truth

Availability, prices, and policies must be right every time, whether a person or an AI assistant is answering.

Stay human

Automation should take care of the routine so there is more time for the personal parts of hospitality.

Where we are now

Being built with tour operators.

Book Guests is still being developed, and we are talking with operators about what would help them most. If you run a tourism business and want to help shape it, we would like to hear from you.
